Résumé

Senior Backend Engineer and Tech Lead with 27 years of software development experience, building products and containerized, service-oriented backend platforms in Python (Django, FastAPI) and Java (Quarkus), deployed on Docker & Kubernetes through GitLab CI/CD.

Strong SQL background (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle): data modeling, query optimization and data-backed business portals. Designs reusable code (shared libraries, API catalogs, SDKs) and stable, performant services, from real-time embedded software to production web platforms with monitoring and incident management.

Hands-on infrastructure ownership: virtualized platform design and scaling, network and security architecture, backup and service-continuity planning, plus data-protection concerns (cryptography, transaction tracking, secure payment flows).

Works autonomously with minimal supervision, collaborates remotely with distributed international teams, and communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders (clients, product, management). Based in France (CET). Professional English (read, written, spoken).
